Exploring Santa Cruz 🌞
Had a lekker view from our room overlooking the city—made the brekkie vibe even better. Breakfast buffet was straight-up superb, lots of choices, and the staff were sharp-sharp in keeping it stocked. My bed felt like clouds, totally nailed the comfort vibe!
Some noise from upstairs guests was a bit of a party pooper, though, could’ve done without the late-night stomping.

I had a difficult experience with rude housekeeping staff. They entered my room without knocking, disrupting my rest. Upon requesting more water, the receptionist dismissed my request, stating it's only provided for one night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Escuela Santa Cruz. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom featuring a generous tub and a separate shower.
The pool was not open.

stayed at the escuela, right across from the city football stadium. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. the food was superb, especially breakfast with fresh orange juice and made-to-order omelets. plus, there’s a nice fitness center and a small, well-maintained pool for some relaxation.

The room was spacious with a huge comfy bed and a massive bathroom including a walk-in shower. The hotel was exceptionally clean with great amenities like air conditioning and a dining area.
